1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WinWinBet platform – whether through the website, mobile browser, or any other interface – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the WinWinBet platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WinWinBet regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings between you and WinWinBet. 2. Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a WinWinBet account. WinWinBet takes age verification seriously and will request identity documents to confirm your age during the account verification process. Any account where the member is found to be under 18 will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned (excluding any winnings derived from bonus funds), and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities. WinWinBet does not tolerate underage gambling under any circumstances.
Registration Requirements
When registering at WinWinBet, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using WinWinBet is not prohibited by law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a WinWinBet employee.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from WinWinBet under a self-exclusion request or disciplinary action.
Account Verification (KYC)
WinWinBet is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals above Rs 10,000 or when otherwise required by our risk assessment procedures. The verification process requires submission of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) and may require a utility bill or other proof of address. Verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits and faster processing. WinWinBet will never use your KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification and legal compliance.
3. Account Rules
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one WinWinBet account. This rule applies regardless of device, IP address, payment method, or household. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name or different names – is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud against WinWinBet. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation, and winnings derived during the period of multi-accounting may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinWinBet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. WinWinBet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Any activity conducted through your WinWinBet account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact WinWinBet support immediately.
Account Closure
You may close your WinWinBet account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. WinWinBet reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or operating in a way that is harmful to WinWinBet or other members.
Account Inactivity: WinWinBet accounts that remain completely inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Members will receive an email warning 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied. You can prevent inactivity fees by logging in and placing at least one bet every 12 months.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
WinWinBet accepts deposits from Pakistani members via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your WinWinBet balance instantly for mobile wallet methods and within 1–3 hours for IBFT transfers. WinWinBet does not charge any fee on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal source. WinWinBet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit that triggers our risk management thresholds.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by WinWinBet within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to 24 hours depending on banking system processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests can only be made to payment methods that you personally own and that have been used to deposit to your WinWinBet account or verified as belonging to you.

5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on the WinWinBet platform are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type, in addition to these general Terms. WinWinBet's full sports betting rules are published in the Rules section of the platform and should be read before placing bets on any market.
General Betting Rules
- Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by WinWinBet. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference have not been accepted.
- The minimum single bet at WinWinBet is Rs 100. The maximum bet per market varies by sport and event and is displayed at the time of bet placement.
- Odds displayed at WinWinBet are in decimal format unless changed in your account preferences. All odds are subject to change at any time before your bet is confirmed.
- WinWinBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Members will be notified of any voided bets and the stake will be returned.
- Any bet where WinWinBet has evidence of match fixing, corruption, or event manipulation will be voided and the matter may be referred to relevant sporting authorities.
In-Play Betting
WinWinBet offers in-play (live) betting on many cricket and sports markets. In-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets with the additional condition that WinWinBet may delay bet acceptance during natural breaks in play or when our pricing team is reassessing market conditions. Bets placed during a visible delay confirmation screen are not guaranteed to be accepted at the displayed odds.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
For Pakistan cricket, PSL, and all other cricket events, WinWinBet follows the standard cricket betting settlement rules published in our Cricket Betting Rules document. Key points: matches must complete at least the minimum number of overs specified for markets to be settled; weather abandonments are settled as void unless otherwise stated; DLS adjustments affect only the match result market and do not affect other markets unless specifically stated.
6. Casino and Card Games
WinWinBet's casino and card game offerings – including Baccarat, Blackjack, poker, slots, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and all other games – are subject to these Terms plus the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters specific to game outcomes, and these Terms take precedence for matters relating to accounts, payments, and conduct.
Random Number Generator (RNG)
All software-based casino games at WinWinBet use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and verified by third-party auditing organisations. RNG outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet amounts, member identity, or any other factor. WinWinBet does not and cannot manipulate RNG outcomes.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games at WinWinBet use real physical cards, dice, or wheels operated by trained professional dealers in a purpose-built studio. Technical disconnections during a live game round are handled according to the specific game rules. If a disconnection occurs before a bet is confirmed, the bet will not be placed. If a disconnection occurs after a bet is confirmed and the round is completed by the studio, the result stands.
Game Malfunction: In the event of a software malfunction or studio technical failure that affects the outcome of a game, WinWinBet reserves the right to void the affected round and return all bets. WinWinBet is not liable for losses attributed to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
WinWinBet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific Terms and Conditions which are published alongside the promotion and must be read before claiming any offer. The general rules below apply to all WinWinBet promotions unless specifically overridden by the promotion's own terms.
Wagering Requirements
Most WinWinBet bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be wagered a certain number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
- Welcome bonuses are available to new WinWinBet members only. Members who have previously held an account are not eligible for new member promotions.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time on a WinWinBet account unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
- WinWinBet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from members who are found to be abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, coordinating with other members to abuse bonus terms, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds that have completed all wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
- WinWinBet reserves the right to change the terms of, or discontinue, any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
Free Bets
Free bets awarded by WinWinBet must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Free bets cannot be exchanged for cash and the free bet stake is not included in any winnings – only the profit above the free bet stake is credited to your balance. Free bets are non-transferable and can only be used on the markets specified in the promotion terms.
8. Responsible Gaming

Self-Exclusion

9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinWinBet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action being pursued by WinWinBet:
Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, or engage in any form of technical fraud against the WinWinBet platform.
Using the WinWinBet platform to deposit, bet with, and withdraw funds as a method of laundering money or disguising the origin of illegally obtained funds.
Colluding with other players at poker or card game tables to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, sharing hole card information, or coordinating betting strategy in real time.
Systematic exploitation of WinWinBet bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, multiple account creation, or any organised effort to extract bonus value without genuine participation.
Consequences of Prohibited Activity: Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended. All funds – including deposited balance and winnings – may be forfeited pending investigation. WinWinBet will report evidence of criminal activity including money laundering to relevant Pakistani authorities.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
WinWinBet collects and processes personal data from its members in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at WinWinBet, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
WinWinBet uses your personal data for account management, identity verification, bet settlement, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and (with your consent) marketing communications. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operations and with regulatory authorities when legally required.
Your data is stored on AES-256 encrypted servers and is subject to strict access controls. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting WinWinBet support.
11. Amendments to These Terms
WinWinBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, WinWinBet will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and will notify active members via email and/or an in-platform notification for any material changes.
Minor changes – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or formatting changes that do not affect the substance of the Terms – may be made without specific member notification but will always be reflected in the updated document. If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your remedy is to close your WinWinBet account. Continued use of the WinWinBet platform following a notice of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
WinWinBet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7 and that all services function correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. WinWinBet is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, delays, or unavailability – including any bets you were unable to place or modify because of such an interruption.
WinWinBet is not responsible for the decisions you make when placing bets or playing casino games. The outcome of all gambling activity is uncertain and you may lose money. WinWinBet's liability to you in connection with any individual incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the transaction giving rise to that incident.
Nothing in these Terms limits WinWinBet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. WinWinBet does not accept liability for: indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any consequential loss arising from your use of the WinWinBet platform.
