Creating, verifying and managing your WinWinBet account

Go to winwinbet-win.com/register, fill in your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address, then set a password. After submitting the form you receive a one-time PIN on your mobile to verify your number. The whole process takes under two minutes. No document upload is required at registration – KYC verification is only needed when you withdraw above Rs 10,000.

You must be 18 years of age or older to hold a WinWinBet account. This applies to all Pakistani members without exception. WinWinBet verifies age against CNIC records during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment method used.

No. Each person may hold exactly one WinWinBet account. Attempting to register multiple accounts – even using a different email, mobile number, or name – violates our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts are permanently suspended and any winnings may be forfeited. If you have a problem with your existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

WinWinBet requires KYC verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 10,000. You need to upload a clear photo or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and a selfie holding your CNIC. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. We recommend completing KYC early so there are no delays when you want to withdraw. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address. WinWinBet will send you a password reset OTP or link immediately. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you cannot access the email or mobile number you registered with, contact support at support@winwinbet-win.com with your CNIC number for identity-based account recovery.

Log in to WinWinBet and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. You can update your email address or mobile number from there. For security, changes to contact details require verification via your existing registered number or email before they take effect. If you no longer have access to either, contact our support team directly who will assist after identity verification.
Deposits & Payments
Funding your WinWinBet account in PKR

Log in to WinWinBet and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash as your payment method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum Rs 200). You will be redirected to the Easypaisa or JazzCash confirmation screen, or you will receive a push notification on your registered wallet app. Confirm the payment and funds are credited to your WinWinBet account instantly.

The minimum deposit at WinWinBet is Rs 200 for all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by method:
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash: Up to Rs 25,000 per transaction (subject to your wallet limits)
  • NayaPay / SadaPay: Up to Rs 50,000 per transaction
  • IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to Rs 500,000 per transaction
  • Visa/Mastercard: Up to Rs 100,000 per transaction
If you need to deposit above these limits, make multiple transactions or contact support to discuss higher limits for verified accounts.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to 2 hours. If your deposit has not appeared after these timeframes, first check that the transaction was confirmed on your payment app. Then contact WinWinBet support with your transaction reference number or screenshot. Our team will investigate and credit your account manually if the payment was received. Never make a second deposit to "replace" a missing one – contact support first.

WinWinBet does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you send is credited to your account balance in PKR. Note that your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the amount transferred. These are set by the payment provider and are outside WinWinBet's control. Check your wallet app's fee schedule to understand what charges, if any, your provider applies.

WinWinBet accepts a full range of Pakistani payment methods including NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (from any Pakistani bank), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Withdrawals
Getting your PKR winnings out quickly and safely

Log in to WinWinBet and go to Cashier → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 24 hours. Make sure your withdrawal method matches the one you used to deposit, as WinWinBet requires funds to be returned to the original payment source where possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount at WinWinBet is Rs 500. There is no minimum if you are withdrawing specifically because you are activating self-exclusion – in that case your full balance, even below Rs 500, is returned to you. For regular withdrawals, you need at least Rs 500 available in your real-money balance (bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn).

The most common reason for withdrawal delays at WinWinBet is incomplete KYC verification. If your account is not fully verified (CNIC upload pending), withdrawals above Rs 10,000 are held until verification completes. Other possible reasons include active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, a security review on a new account or new withdrawal method, or a bank-side processing delay. Check your account's verification status first. If everything is clear, contact support with your withdrawal request ID and we will investigate.

Yes, while a withdrawal is still in "Pending" status you can cancel it from Cashier → Withdrawal History. The funds will be returned to your WinWinBet account balance immediately. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Approved" status it cannot be cancelled. WinWinBet processes withdrawals quickly specifically to protect members from changing their mind due to impulse – if you find yourself frequently cancelling withdrawals, consider reviewing our Responsible Gaming tools.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real money. As a general rule: sports betting bets count 100% towards wagering; casino games count varies by title. Bonuses at WinWinBet are removed in a few specific situations: the bonus expiry date was reached before wagering was complete; a withdrawal was requested before the wagering requirement was met; the account was flagged for bonus abuse or multiple account activity; or a deposit was made using a payment method excluded from the promotion. If a cricket match is abandoned before the official result threshold is met (as defined by the relevant governing body), WinWinBet voids all bets on that match and stakes are returned in full to your account balance, including any bets that were part of an accumulator. The Aviator crash game at WinWinBet works as follows: each round starts with a plane taking off. A multiplier starts at 1x and climbs as the plane gains altitude. You place your bet before or during take-off, then cash out before the plane flies away. If you cash out in time, you win your stake multiplied by the current multiplier.
